Tournaments

I certify that the parents and the student registered have fully read the Tournament Policies on our website and agree to be in full compliance with the ZSDA Tournament Rules.

I hereby acknowledge that I am freely choosing to register my child for the Fall 2026 Tournament hosted by ZSDA in-person. I understand that certain aspects of the tournament can be physically and cognitively taxing and release ZSDA, their staff, and the host facilities from all liability in the event of accident or injury during ZSDA events. I further represent that my child is in good health condition and does not possess any limitations that limit/affect their participation in the program.

I agree that neither I nor my family members will take photos/make video recordings during/of the tournament (including the final rounds) nor interrupt the proceedings in any way. Doing so is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for disqualification and legal suit. Photos may be taken during the Awards Ceremony only.

I understand and accept that the registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and that my registration is my commitment that my student will participate in the tournament, to the best of their ability without leaving the site and without any interruption/delay/discord from students or parents, and with full adherence to the Tournament Policies. There will be no exception made to this clause; withdrawal or removal from Tournament will not be grounds for refund of money paid. Furthermore, I agree that the students will conduct themselves honorably and with integrity and will follow all of the Rules of the Academy and Tournament Policies; otherwise registration will be forfeited and student will be disqualified.

With my full legal name/signature, I acknowledge and attest that all the aforementioned information l've provided is true and that l'm the parent/legal guardian of the student registering for the tournament.
